Car Design
Eight sub-systems designed in full compliance with Formula SAE competition rules — chassis, aerodynamics, crash analysis, suspension, powertrain, braking, and steering — taken from concept to simulation as an independent solo project.
This project covers the complete design and development of a Formula SAE race car from scratch, in full compliance with Formula SAE competition rules and regulations. Every major system was addressed — structural 3D modelling, aerodynamic optimisation, crash safety analysis, and regulatory validation — with each sub-system documented as an independent module below.
The entire project was carried out solo. Due to limited funding, physical fabrication was not completed; all design and analytical stages were executed in simulation with professional rigour. The eight modules represent a complete engineering design record for a competition-ready vehicle.
